WHITE OAKS SAVANNA  //  BRANDING, PRINT, SIGNAGE & WEBSITE

David Washburn and Bob Appert had a vision for a different kind of community—one that featured architecturally-designed homes working in harmony with the land and its existing wetlands and white oaks. The branding was inspired by both the beauty and history of the land, as well as the modern architecture one can now see emerging on the landscape. Creative included a variety of signage, print materials, advertising, and a Squarespace website.
