When good friend/ceramicist/psychoanalyist Marnette Doyle approached me for a business card redesign, we knew she would need a conversation starter to help amp up her budding ceramics business. And wouldn't it be great if the card could also double as a product tag? The result was a round card inspired by the ubiquitous pottery wheel covered in streaks of clay slip. We contrasted the messy with the chic by gold foil stamping her signature over top.
